You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — to register. One account per person, household or device. False registration details will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses carry a wagering rollover requirement. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is fully satisfied. Minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry windows apply to every offer.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may require supporting identity documentation. Processing times vary by payment method — verify current timelines in the cashier.
Collusion, arbitrage exploitation, use of automated betting software, multiple-account bonus abuse, chargebacks and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps and self-exclusion are available to all registered users. 55acee reserves the right to apply protective measures to accounts showing signs of problem gambling, including temporary suspension pending welfare review.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55acee holds its operating licence. Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted under local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Users bear sole responsibility for determining their local legal position.
Clause 1
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 55acee ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 55acee website at https://55acee.cam, its sub-pages, mobile interfaces, applications and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
55acee is an online betting and gaming platform offering sports wagering, live casino products, slot games, instant-win titles and promotional offers. The Platform is designed with Pakistani players in mind — providing PKR-denominated account displays, cricket and PSL market coverage, and payment reference information relevant to users in Pakistan including context around Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. References to these payment providers are for contextual guidance only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling by any such provider.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated whenever material changes are made.
Note: Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for Account registration. You will be required to confirm your agreement during the registration process. Ticking the confirmation checkbox at registration constitutes a binding declaration that you meet all eligibility criteria and accept these Terms.
Clause 4
To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Verification: 55acee strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. Age verification documents may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified, account access — including the ability to deposit, wager and withdraw — may be suspended until verification is complete.
The Platform reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that eligibility conditions are not met or have ceased to be met. Any balance remaining in an ineligible Account will be handled in accordance with the applicable licence jurisdiction's regulatory requirements.
Clause 5
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by shared name, date of birth, postal address, device, IP address, payment method or any other identifying factor — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and contact number. You undertake to update your Account information promptly if any details change. The Platform bears no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by the User.
5.2 KYC Documentation
Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other stage we consider appropriate, the Platform may require you to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents typically include, but may not be limited to:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, accounts may be frozen pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to regulatory or law-enforcement authorities as required.
5.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. The Platform will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access is facilitated by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Clause 6
6.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, return of funds to the originating account and, where applicable, investigation under anti-money-laundering procedures.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change. The Platform processes deposits in PKR where supported. Currency conversion may apply for certain payment channels; exchange rates and conversion fees, if any, are displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation.
Payment reference methods contextually relevant to Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are cited as familiar contextual references only. The Platform makes no representation that all listed methods are currently available, nor does it claim endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any of these providers. Always verify live payment options within the cashier.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and estimated processing times are displayed in the cashier. Processing times are indicative only and may be affected by the payment provider's own procedures, bank processing schedules or regulatory review requirements. The Platform is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will only be approved where the Account Balance consists entirely of real-money funds with no outstanding rollover obligations attached. If bonus funds are active on the Account, you may be required to either complete the associated rollover or forfeit the bonus (returning any bonus-derived winnings) before a withdrawal can proceed.
6.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to the Platform — without first exhausting the Platform's internal dispute resolution process — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to recover any chargeback amounts from Account balances, suspend the Account and pursue recovery through available legal channels.
Clause 7
The Platform offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
7.1 Rollover Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Rollover Requirement") before any withdrawal can be made from the Account. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and expiry deadline are specified in each offer's terms. Wagers on games or markets excluded from rollover contribution will not count toward satisfying the requirement.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
The Platform monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; low-risk or hedged wagering strategies designed to exploit rollover requirements with minimal risk; and coordinated abuse with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Platform reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings and close the Account.
7.3 Promotional Validity
Bonus offers are valid for the period specified in their terms. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the stated claim window, or rollover requirements that have not been met within the stated completion period, will expire automatically and the associated bonus funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.

Clause 8
All wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. These rules are accessible within each product section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
8.1 Odds and Prices
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds in force at the time your bet slip is submitted and accepted by the Platform constitute the agreed price for that wager. The Platform reserves the right to correct manifest errors in pricing — including odds set at palpably incorrect levels — and to void affected bets, returning stakes to the Account.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet placement interface. The Platform reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to specific Accounts without prior notice where it has reason to do so, including but not limited to risk management requirements.
8.3 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) markets are subject to temporary suspension at any point during an event. Bets submitted during a market suspension period will be rejected. The Platform is not liable for connectivity issues — including data speed limitations experienced by Pakistani users on mobile networks — that result in a User being unable to place a desired in-play wager.
8.4 Void and Cancelled Events
Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline defined in the applicable sports rules, or where a market is declared void due to a data integrity issue, all affected wagers will be settled as void and stakes returned. Void bets do not contribute to rollover requirements.
Clause 9
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may result in civil or criminal referral:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 55acee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, odds compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 55acee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.
Clause 11
The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data is governed by the 55acee Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by the Platform is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support and the improvement of Platform services. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with licensed KYC/AML service providers and regulatory authorities where legally required.
Clause 12
55acee is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Detailed guidance on the player protection tools available, warning signs of problem gambling and support resources is set out in our Responsible Gambling Policy. The following provisions form part of these Terms:
The Platform reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account — including suspension — without prior notice where it identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the User has voluntarily activated any such measures.
Clause 13
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55acee, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, unauthorised Account access, betting outcome disputes or payment processing delays.
The Platform's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the Account Balance held at the time the claim arises, or PKR 50,000, whichever is the lesser.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Disclaimer: The Platform does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to its Services. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party data feed outages and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. The Platform will endeavour to restore service promptly but cannot be held liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
Clause 14
14.1 Termination by the User
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding rollover obligations must be resolved and pending withdrawal requests must be processed. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of losses incurred during normal play.
14.2 Termination by the Platform
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where closure is effected for reasons other than user misconduct, the remaining Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Clause 15
55acee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory mandate or to address security concerns.
If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Clause 16
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55acee holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact the Platform's support team to seek informal resolution. The Platform will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Pakistani Users: 55acee does not claim to be subject to Pakistani jurisdiction, licensed by any Pakistani authority, or that its services are lawful in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable in your location, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Use of a VPN or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions violates these Terms and may expose you to legal risk under applicable local law.
